Outside Los Angeles County (San Diego, Thousand Oaks, Bakersfield, etc.) - Completed by Deliver-It. Call us to schedule. No shipping labels necessary.

All Other Locations - Completed by FedEx 2-Day. Call us to schedule. We will provide a FREE shipping label via email*

*On case return, we will provide a pack of pre-completed airbills

• Disinfect all case materials and place them in a sealed bag.

• Wrap all models individually and secure with bubble wrap.

• Ship all loose materials such as crowns or bridges in a sealed container or bag.

• Any photos or slides related to your case should be placed in a plastic bag for protection.

• Apply the free shipping label to the case box and tape the box shut. GIE Dental Lab provides free 2-day inbound shipping or you can call us at 1 (800) 292-5525 to schedule a pick-up.

If your office is located within the Contintental US and you require packing materials, airbills, or boxes, we will provide the materials free of charge.

*Please note that this policy does not cover overnight deliveries, weekend pickups, or insurance coverage. If these services are requested by the doctor, there will be additional charges billed by GIE Dental Lab to cover for the extra costs incurred.
